| Maintenance and Support: |
| We are committed to making your Learning Management System (LMS) work as
effectively as possible for you. We will always be here to answer your questions
and provide you with top quality and timely service. Our approach is to develop a relationship where you always feel
you can get fast, accurate help and advice in building your online learning
environment and web presence. The purpose of our
LMS hosting and technical support is to ensure your system is running the way
it is designed to run and to identify and fix any problems with the
system as fast as possible. Our hosting and technical support does
NOT include:

development of your actual course
or website content- that is something you do using the LMS. |

custom development of new features
within the LMS. |

|
technical support for your
students, teachers, or site visitors -- our hosting package
provides quick and reliable online technical support for your LMS site administrator.

the actual day-to-day
administration of your LMS. We do provide technical
assistance for your local site administrator.

| Site Content: |
| It is your responsibility to ensure that your site does not
breach copyright, acceptable use, or other laws and/or policies applicable in your area for the
content placed in your online courses or website. We do monitor and secure the webserver, however, we do not monitor your online
classrooms or websites and we do not accept responsibility for any content
published on your site. KentuckyClassroom.com disclaims all responsibility for materials
published on your online site, unless it is material we develop for
you under a separate course development contract. |
| Bandwidth and Disk Space: |
| The bandwidth and disk space allocated with your account is a
very large amount that few sites will ever exceed. However, if you
do find that you need more, we can upgrade your account to satisfy
the traffic and/or storage space your organization requires. |
| Our Servers: |
| When you host your site with us, you will be hosting on
high quality, reliable, state of the art servers. We lease our
servers from LiquidWeb; one of the top names in dedicated server
providers. Our servers are
located in a secure datacenter that is staffed 24 hours a day, 7
days a week to ensure physical security and to ensure the servers
are always up and running. The datacenter provides the highest
quality Internet connectivity and performance from premium Tier-1
bandwidth providers, ensuring minimal latency and excellent reachability
on a global basis. All our servers have dual processors, high-speed
hard drives, and 4gig of RAM. These are just some of the "hardware and connectivity" details
associated with the servers that will be hosting your LMS site;
however, when you host with us, you need not worry about any of
this...we simply make sure that people who connect to your site are
connecting to fast servers and can do so without problems. |
| Backups: |
| Our packages include daily, weekly, and monthly
backups of the entire site. |
| Custom Site Look:

| As part of a new install, we will customize the LMS theme to use
your chosen colors and logo. Advanced customization of the site, including styles, fonts,
background graphics and so on is not included in the
setup; however, we can do advanced customization as an added
feature. |
